All orders placed from Monday through to Friday will be processed and dispatched within 3-5 working days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will begin to be processed on the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched.
Within NZ for standard delivery please allow 1-3 working days & for rural delivery, please allow 4-7 working days.
All parcels require a signature on delivery. If you are not there to sign for your parcel, you will be issued a collection slip to locate your parcel at the closest post centre.
Please note when international orders reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs charges and clearance procedures that can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Custom duties, foreign taxes and all other fees that may be enforced upon arrival at destination are the responsibility of the customer, please contact your local customs office for any further information.
Sunna Studios does not offer refunds on goods due to change of mind. We will only offer a refund if the garment is faulty beyond repair or if an alternate size in the same style is unavailable for exchange. We accept returns of garments for an alternate size, style or credit. Items returned must not have been worn, altered or washed and must include original packaging.
For NZ returns, contact needs to be made within 5 days from date of shipping.
For international returns all claims must be lodged within 21 days from date of shipping.
Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.
Please note Sunna Studios will not cover the cost of return shipping unless the reason for return is a faulty garment. Please note Sunna Studios is not responsible or accountable for the loss of garments being returned and recommend getting your return tracked.

We accept all major credit cards, as well as direct deposits for orders within NZ. For bank deposits, details to complete payment will be supplied once your order has been placed. We also offer lay-buy to NZ customers. Processing of order will begin once payment is received.
